中国西部地区生态用地稳定性及空间格局分析

Analysis of ecological land stability and spatial pattern in western China

  • 摘要: 中国西部地区是维护全国生态安全的重要屏障, 西部大开发战略实施20多年以来, 一系列重大生态建设工程使得西部地区的生态状况和生态服务发生了重要变化, 西部地区生态稳定性格局的探索对宏观生态用地管理具有重要意义。本文基于西部地区土地利用/土地覆盖遥感监测数据对2000—2020年西部地区生态用地稳定性指数的时空动态变化进行分析。结果表明: 1) 2000—2020年西部地区生态用地总量呈先下降后增加的趋势, 在2000—2010年生态用地面积减少2232.71万hm2, 2010—2020年面积增加96.47万hm2。两个时段的稳定性生态用地空间分布变化不大, 稳定性生态用地以草地与森林为主。2) 2000—2010年、2010—2020年西部地区整体生态用地稳定性指数分别为47.12%、52.72%, 2000—2020年生态稳定性指数存在着显著聚集, 生态用地稳定性格局以高-高聚集区和低-低聚集区为主, 前期面积占比48.17%, 后期面积占比46.70%, 高−高聚集区、高−低异常值区面积呈增加趋势, 低−低聚集区、低−高异常值区呈下降的趋势。3)冷点区域总面积减少1026万hm2, 热点区域总面积增加206万hm2, 表明西部地区生态稳定性指数在缓慢提升的同时, 稳定性生态用地的集聚效应也有所提高。

     

    Abstract: The western region of China is an important barrier for maintaining national ecological security. Since the implementation of the Western Development Strategy for more than 20 years, a series of major ecological construction projects have led to significant changes in the ecological conditions and services in the western region. Exploring the ecological stability pattern in the western region is of great significance for macro ecological land management. This article analyzes the spatiotemporal dynamic changes of the ecological land stability index in the western region from 2000 to 2020 based on remote sensing monitoring data of land use/land cover. The results show that: 1) From 2000 to 2020, the total amount of ecological land in the western region showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. From 2000 to 2010, the ecological land area decreased by 22 327 100 hm2, and from 2010 to 2020, the area increased by 964 700 hm2. The spatial distribution of stable ecological land during the two periods did not change significantly, with stable ecological land mainly consisting of grasslands and forests. 2) The overall ecological land stability indices in the western region from 2000 to 2010 and from 2010 to 2020 were 47.12% and 52.72%, respectively. There was a significant clustering of ecological stability indices from 2000 to 2020. The ecological land stability pattern was mainly composed of high high clustering areas and low low clustering areas, with the initial area accounting for 48.17% and the later area accounting for 46.708%. The areas of high high clustering areas and high low outlier areas showed an increasing trend, while the areas of low clustering areas The low high outlier area shows a downward trend. 3) The total area of the cold spot area has decreased by 1026 × 104 hm2, the total area of hot spots has increased by 206 × 104 hm2 indicates that while the ecological stability index in the western region is slowly improving, the agglomeration effect of stable ecological land has also improved.
