镉、铅及其复合污染对萝卜生理生化特性的影响

Effects of cadmium, lead and their compound pollution on physiological and biochemical characteristics of radish

  • 摘要: 通过土培与水培试验,研究了Cd、Pb单一及复合污染对萝卜生理生化特征的影响。结果表明,随着Cd、Pb处理浓度升高,萝卜叶片的叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度均显著下降,且生长前期下降程度明显高于后期。Cd、Pb处理使叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)活性以及根系活力显著下降,叶片细胞膜透性(CMP)显著升高。Cd对萝卜生理生化特征的毒害作用强于Pb,Cd、Pb复合污染的毒性效应强于单一污染,表现为协同作用。
