中国茶树品种多样性探析

Diversity analysis for the Chinese tea varieties

  • 摘要: 从生物多样性角度对我国367个茶树品种特征特性,特别是树型和叶片典型特征研究分析表明,中国茶树品种呈多样性结构,以灌木和小乔木树型中叶品种为主,其次依次为大叶品种、乔木大叶品种和灌木小叶品种。按树型其氧基酸含量为乔木<小乔木<灌木,茶多酚、咖啡碱含量均为乔木>小乔木>灌木。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of 367 tea varieties,especially their tree pattern and leaf size,are analyzed from the point of view of biodiversity in this paper The results show that the majority of the Chinese tea varieties are the bush and small arbor with medium size leaf,large size leaf varieties rank the second,arbor varieties with large size leaf rank the third,and bush varieties with small size leaf rank the last.The general regularity of amino acid contents is arborsmall arbor>bush.
