品种、种植密度与结荚位对大豆种子活力的影响研究

Effects of cultivars,plant population density,pod position on the seed vigor

  • 摘要: 试验研究品种、种植密度与结荚位对大豆种子活力影响结果表明,品种间存在差异,“IA3013”品种的发芽率、AA测试活力值均高于“FG1”品种,但电导率值小于“FG1”品种,而种植密度间无差异;底层粒重高于中层和顶层,且其发芽率和AA测试活力值均高于顶层,但其电导率值小于顶层。种植密度与结荚位、品种与结荚位的互作效应为零。

     

    Abstract: The effects of cultivars,plant population density,pod position on the seed vigor were studied.The results show significant differences of the tested seed size,standard germination,AA test,conductivity among cultivars.Standard germination and AA values of IA3013 are higher than those of FG1,while their conductivities are inverse and there is difference of tested items between their densities.Seed size of bottom pod is heavier than those of middle and top.Standard germination and AA test values are higher than those of top,the conductivity is lower than that of top.Interactions between PPD and pod position,cultivars and pod position are null.
