Transferring water or increasing water—The anxiety and reverie about water resources in China

  • 摘要: 阐述了我国可利用水资源现状及远距离调水热潮存在的问题，指出解决我国水危机的根本出路在于造水(增加水资源)，并提出造水对策。

     

    Abstract: The current state of utilizable water resources and the existing problems of long-distance transferring water in China are stated. It is pointed out that the basic way of relieving water deficit is to increase water resource and the countermeasures of increasing water are put forward.
