Study on the optimization of solid fermentation for the production of cellulase from Aspergillus niger

The experiment shows that in cellulase production from Aslergillus niger by solid fermentation with two-tern-peratures culturing method，the dextrose can improve the activity of the filter paper lyase with natural aeration，natural substrate pH(about 6．5)and an environmental humidity of 60％．Furthermore，the dextrose，wheat bran，(NH₄)₂SO₄ and water are proper ingredients of solid substrate while the performance of Tween80 is poor at improving the enzyme activity in solid substrate．
