劳动力非农配置对种粮农户绿色农业技术采纳的影响基于辽宁省典型调查数据的微观证据

Research on the impact of non-agricultural labor allocation on the adoption of green agricultural technologies by grain farmers: Micro-level evidence based on typical survey in Liaoning Province

  • 摘要: 劳动力非农配置逐渐成为农村家庭收入结构多元化的重要特征, 深入剖析劳动力非农配置对种粮农户绿色农业技术采纳行为的影响及其作用机制, 对促进农业绿色转型发展具有重要意义。本文基于农业技术扩散理论、理性小农理论, 构建了劳动力非农配置与种粮农户绿色农业技术采纳的分析框架, 采用2022年辽宁省709户种粮农户的典型调查数据, 综合运用泊松模型、倾向得分匹配法(PSM)及中介效应模型, 系统分析劳动力非农配置、家庭收入对种粮农户绿色农业技术采纳行为的影响。结果发现: 1)种粮农户绿色农业技术采纳具有劳动力非农配置分化和地区差异。2)劳动力非农配置对种粮农户绿色农业技术采纳具有直接抑制效应。3)家庭收入在劳动力非农配置影响技术采纳过程中发挥中介作用。4)务农意愿在劳动力非农配置与种粮农户绿色农业技术采纳间发挥正向调节作用。对此, 应创新劳动力配置激励机制, 构建技术扩散导向的绿色农业转型政策体系;建立风险保障与市场激励双轮驱动机制, 稳定农户收入并增强务农意愿; 实施差异化技术推广与配套保障体系, 优化绿色转型农户的适配机制; 构建“村集体+新型经营主体”联农带农机制, 推动农业高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: The diversification of rural household income structures through non-agricultural labor allocation has become a significant trend. A deeper analysis of the impact and mechanisms of non-agricultural labor allocation on grain-growing farmers’ adoption of green agricultural technologies is crucial for advancing the green transformation of agriculture. Based on the Agricultural Technology Diffusion Theory and the Rational Smallholder Theory, this study constructs an analytical framework linking non-agricultural labor allocation and grain-growing farmers’ adoption of green agricultural technologies. Using typical survey data of 709 grain-growing farmers in Liaoning Province in 2022, we employ Poisson regression, Propensity Score Matching (PSM), and mediation effect models to systematically examine the effects of non-agricultural labor allocation on farmers’ adoption behaviors. The findings reveal: 1) The adoption of green agricultural technology for grain-growing farmers has differentiated labor non-agricultural allocation and regional differences. 2) Non-agricultural labor allocation directly inhibits farmers’ adoption of green technologies. 3) Household income plays a mediating role in the process by which non-agricultural labor allocation influences technology adoption. 4)The willingness to engage in farming plays a positive moderating role between the non-agricultural allocation of the labor force and the adoption of green agricultural technologies by grain-growing farmers. Accordingly, this study proposes policy recommendations: Innovate incentive mechanisms for non-agricultural labor allocation and build a technology diffusion-oriented policy system for green agricultural transformation; establish dual mechanisms for risk mitigation and market incentives to stabilize household income and strengthen the willingness to engage in farming; implement differentiated technology promotion and supporting safeguards to optimize farmer adaptation mechanisms for green transition; and build a mechanism for connecting agriculture and leading agriculture with "village collective + new business entities" to promote high-quality agricultural development.
